Milbern graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1958 and became a certified public accountant shortly after. Milbern Ray retired in 1998, 29 years after establishing Milbern Ray & Company, LLP. We continue to be a professional services firm servicing the Dallas/Fort Worth area in many industries. We are licensed with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a CPA firm. A high level of service and adherence to industry standards is expected of CPA firms.
