Millar, Shearer & Black was established in 1908 as a rural family practice. We have a large, established private client base in domestic, agricultural and commercial conveyancing, and elderly client care and probate. However over the years the firm has also developed and grown significant expertise in all areas of Plaintiff and Defence Litigation as well as employment and family law. We are a partnership and aim to maintain excellent standards of service for all our clients, passing on the benefits of our experience from senior lawyers to more junior members of staff throughout the firm. The firm operates from offices in Cookstown and Dungannon. A significant number of our lawyers and support staff have been recruited from highly qualified local talent giving the firm an instantly recognisable presence in the community. We also have an enviably low turnover of staff and promote a friendly and supportive work environment.
