Millbrook Building & Remodeling, Inc. has been in business for over 30 years. We have a great group of dedicated, hard working employees. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service while completing your project on time and in budget. We value our clients loyalty and take pride in their referrals. Millbrook Building & Remodeling, Inc. was established and incorporated in 1983 by David Pratt. Our projects have included general contracts for commercial and residential renovations, energy efficient renovations, handicap accessibility, historic restoration and commercial maintenance. We have done work for the military, school systems, state and church. Many of our commercial projects have been state or federally funded. We are also experienced with Davis Bacon and HUD requirements. A complete list of both residential and commercial references has been included for your review.
