Mim Cashew and Agricultural Products, Ltd. produces high quality cashew nut kernels, grown and processed in Mim, Ghana. Mim Cashew is located just outside Mim town, in the Brong Ahafo region in Mid-Western Ghana. The Mim population consists of roughly 30,000 people. Mim Cashew employs approximately 1,200 people.
