MindBody360 is an online resource for women to learn, discover, and experience delight. How did I get started? I wanted to start a blog for women that brought together my passions: wellness, health, spas, retreats, and empowerment. I went on to become a certified Holistic Health Counselor with a private client and corporate practice. Prior to that I held editorial director positions at WorkingWoman.com, SpaFinder.com, and my last corporate job was Vice President, Online Marketing and Sales at The Leading Hotels of the World. Why do you do what you do? I love connecting women with information and products that help them thrive in an approachable, engaging space that - design lover that I am - makes you want to come back.
