Navitas Corporate Services Ltd provides a wide range of corporate secretarial, administration and advisory services to domestic clients ranging from the small stand-alone companies to large conglomerates listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. All Directors of the MIoD have access to the advice and services of the Company Secretary, who is responsible for providing guidance as to their duties, responsibilities and powers, whilst also ensuring that MIoD is at all times in line with applicable laws, rules and regulations in Mauritius. Navitas Corporate Services Ltd administers, attends and prepares minutes of all Board meetings, Committee meetings and Members' meetings. The Company Secretary assists the Chairperson in ensuring that Board procedures are followed and that the Company's Constitution and relevant rules and regulations are complied with. The Company Secretary also assists the Chairperson and the Board in implementing and strengthening good governance practices and processes with a view to enhance long-term stakeholders' value.
