Mitchell Technical Institute is a technical school in Mitchell, South Dakota, United States.[3] Its Regional Technical Education Center is located in Yankton, South Dakota. It was founded in 1968, and In 2014 was named one of the nation's top 150 community colleges. Offering 25 associate degree programs and 15 certificate programs.
