Mitras has both compression and reaction injection moulding facilities, and offers a complete range of services from simple mouldings, to Class "A" painting and full system design and assembly, at our facilities located in Winsford, Cheshire. With presses ranging in size from 200 to 3000 tonnes, and a maximum platen size of 3.5m², Mitras is well equipped to handle both small and large scale composite components. The development of a new RIM facility, has broadened Mitras' supply capability, opening up potential new applications in the Automotive, Agricultural and Construction markets, particularly in large, complex geometry parts. Mitras can demonstrate a proven ability to support volumes ranging from 1,000 to 200,000 parts per annum. Through strong commitment to quality and customer service, Mitras have developed partnerships with blue chip customers across a wide range of industries.
