ML Conner Construction is owned and operated by Matthew L. Conner. Matthew is a multi-generation St. Augustine native. His grandfather's family settled here in the 1700's and is one of the original Minorcan families of St. Augustine. He is very passionate about his community where he lived his entire life. He lives in St. Augustine, with his wife Lacey Conner, son Corbin and daughters Elora and Lila. Building homes has always been a passion of his, he learned everything he knows from his late grandfather Kenneth Leonardi and his father Lance Conner. Matthew has been building and renovating since 2004 with the goal of establishing a coastal residential & commercial construction firm along the East Coast. Since then, Matthew has been heavily involved in custom residential, light commercial, and various renovations. He holds a certified general contracting license & enjoys all aspects of architecture, engineering, and construction. When not working, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and fishing the beautiful St. Augustine waterways.
