3.1 Mobidea offers a revenue share based on fifty percent (50%) of all Net Revenue generated by Affiliate’s Websites. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Net Revenue� shall mean gross sales less any payment processing fees and costs as well as any chargebacks or refunds. 3.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions: Mobidea offers in addition incentive and bonus programs for successful Affiliates. The following terms and conditions apply to bonus programs being offered by the Mobidea Affiliate Program: Commission Bonus Program: Mobidea is committed to rewarding successful Affiliates through an increase in the commission payable based on an automatic criterion. The commissions increase based on the number of sales the Affiliate generates a day. The criteria for this bonus payout are as follows: 0 to 49 sales (excluding rebills in the calculation) per day will earn the standard 50% commission 50 to 99 sales per day will earn 55% commission on all sales for that day 100 or more sales per day will earn 60% commission on all sales for that day This Commission Bonus Program works automatically and the appropriate commissions are generated by Mobidea’s system based on the d-1 number of sales (exemple : D-1 the affiliate generated 112 sales; excluding rebills, the commission of the affiliate would be of 60% of the revenue share. All the details of transactions and sales will remain available for the affiliates with a live update every hour. New Webmaster Bonus: Mobidea will pay a Bonus to any Affiliate who refers other webmasters to the Mobidea Affiliate Program. For each webmaster you refer, you will be paid Five Percent (5%) of all Net Revenue generated by the referred webmaster for one year starting from affiliation date. Only newly established accounts will be eligible for the Bonus, and no individuals or companies with pre-existing accounts on the Mobidea Affiliate Program shall be considered eligible. Any accounts that have been suspended or terminated from the Program for fraudulent or improper activity or for any other reason for termination are not eligible for the New Webmaster Bonus. Only one account per individual or company will be eligible for the Bonus. Affiliates are prohibited from "referring" their own accounts/sales as such "self-referrals" will result in termination of all accounts operated by the Affiliate. In an effort to constantly improve its products, services and compensation plans, Mobidea reserves the right to add additional bonus programs in the future. Affiliates are welcome to submit recommendations and requests for specific bonus plans for consideration. 3.3 Mobidea pays out commissions to Affiliate upon Affiliate’s request. An Affiliate only needs to log into Affiliate’s account and request payment. As long as Affiliate has at least Euro 50 in Affiliate’s account, payment will be sent out upon request. All payments are made by bank transfer, Payoneer or PayPal and shall be made within twenty-four hours for wire transfer payment with best-effort guarantee and within seven days for all other payment forms. Any fees resulting from the payment method selected shall be borne by Affiliate and if applicable deducted from Affiliate’s account. Mobidea is always working to improve its payment system and may well add new payment options for Affiliate payments in the future.
