MEDCO provides economic opportunities to residents of our four-county service area (Campbell, Corson, Dewey, and Walworth) in South Dakota through small business loans, technical assistance and partnerships with financial institutions and other business organizations. MEDCO is a nonprofit community development corporation, governed by a volunteer 9 member board of directors, which meets monthly. Our executive director, Christine Goldsmith, has over 25 years experience working with small businesses, market opportunities, and growing employment.
