Moementum

Founded in 2000, Moementum was Moe Carrick's big step in her effort to serve as an "unconsultant" working with courageous senior leaders seeking big changes in their organizations. This move allowed Moe to leverage her skills as a facilitator, designer, coach, consultant, and educator towards helping clients change culture, grow people, and achieve a strategic vision from the inside out. In late 2010, Moe and her favorite collaborator, Jim Morris, decided to merge firms and consolidate under the Moementum brand. Together, they made a decision to expand the firm's offering to give clients more comprehensive and integrated services. As a result, they not only have the privilege of working with great clients, but they also work with a team of professionals who are as talented and dedicated to excellence in this work as any group of people. In one year - Moementum's 10th year in business - the firm more than doubled in size and has been able to become even more agile and responsive to client needs as a result. Moementum is "mighty but small". We work with clients all over the world, across geographies and industries. Our work transcends markets and sectors and our client portfolio ranges from $20m start-ups to $30 billion multi-national public organizations. While we love working internationally and across North America, we have a special affinity for making a difference in our neighborhood and community, the magnificent Pacific Northwest.
