Moebius Solutions is a small business that is based in San Diego, CA. They currently have over 30 employees and a brisk business supporting both Department of Defense and Commercial customers. Subject matter expertise includes many Command and Control (C2) systems such as Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC), Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Extensible Common Operational Picture (XCOP), Open Track Manager (OTM), and Command and Control Rapid Prototype Continuum (C2RPC). As a small group of software engineers and subject matter experts, they have low corporate overhead; they maintain a collaborative work environment; and they promote creative solutions.
