Monarch Properties, Inc. is headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Monarch has managed over 8,500 units in the following locations: New Mexico Oklahoma Texas Monarch is incorporated in the State of Texas and holds Texas Broker's License No.0415513. We are Brokers in good standing. We also hold a broker's license in several other states and are members of similar trade organizations in those areas.
