MONDO currently manages Hotels & Hotel Apartments in 3 premium tourist locations in Dubai. In all three locations, MONDO can demonstrate that it has generated superior results in Occupancy and Average Rate against its competition, and has achieved high satisfaction ratings for customers as benchmarked on Trip Advisor (featuring in the top percentile in all locations). We understand the importance of reputation in driving revenue and actively manage our business to protect and grow our reputation both professionally and with our customers. MONDO also has current experience of operating Serviced Apartments under the model to be introduced in Dubai having taken on the management of 35 Apartments in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in mid 2013. These apartments are already generating superior returns for Owners than the benchmark set by our competitors. Owners who sign up with MONDO will benefit from a management service that will act on their behalf to secure short term rental income which is significantly above long term rental income, previously the only legal means of achieving a return on investments, as well as delivering a full service experience to the customers booking these properties. We will be active partners of the DTCM and the Travel Trade in promoting this type of accommodation portfolio in Dubai.
