Founded in 2004, Montenegro Living estate agency pioneered the international property market in Montenegro. Initially concentrating on the British market we now have an established client base from around the world. Founded and Directed by Serbo-British team Dobrica Ilic and Ann Ferrier-Ilic, Montenegro Living is supported by our dedicated Sales Agents, Marina Janjusevic, Anja Petkovic and Elena Zaputovic and in Property Management, Ana Markovic. Our agents all speak English to a high level and within the office German, Italian and Russian are also spoken. We work closely with local professionals and are happy to advise on or introduce you to experienced lawyers, certified translators and interpreters, architects, surveyors and builders as required. In 2005 we expanded our services to encompass property management and holiday rentals, complimenting our sales section. Montenegro Living came into existence as a result of our personal experience of buying property in this region and the valuable contacts this gave us.
