Based in Lynchburg, Virginia, Moore & Giles has an 83-year history of developing leather for designers and manufacturers in a wide array of industries. Moore & Giles introduced its very first namesake collection of leather bags and accessories in 2007 as an additional avenue to showcase the inherent beauty and timeless appeal of the brand's natural leathers. Sold at fine retailers across the country and online on the Moore & Giles web site, this collection, just like the leather offerings, is constantly evolving. All of the leathers found in the core collection of Moore & Giles bags and accessories are native to Italy, with the vast majority coming from a fifth-generation family owned tannery in Bassano Del Grappa. These carefully chosen leathers are signature to the brand and are designed to last a lifetime, getting better with age. Like a favorite pair of jeans, Moore & Giles leather changes with use and time, becoming progressively more singular to its owner.
