MORIWAKI IP was established in 2002, and has been operating as a sole proprietorship. We are pleased to inform you that we have now changed into a professional corporation. Our firm name has accordingly changed from "MORIWAKI IP" to "MORIWAKI IP, P.C." We have three concepts for managing our firm: Firstly, we collaborate closely with our strong network of professionals in Japan and abroad to organize our legal teams flexibly around the needs of our clients. Secondly, our 'one stop service' offers full services for all aspects relating to IP matters from prosecution of IP portfolios to Enforcement and/or Exit strategies such as Licensing or Assignment of IP rights. Thirdly, we are pleased to offer our clients a global reach via our strong network of foreign associates.
