Established in 1984, Morlin's mission is to provide commercial property owners superior property management services. Morlin is a true third party property management company, not a subsidiary of a brokerage firm. Morlin provides service in four key areas to include property and facility management, leasing, construction management, and financial services and reporting. The Institute of Real Estate Management has recognized Morlin as an industry leader and designated Morlin as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®), a designation awarded to only 3% of the property management firms in the U.S. Morlin currently manages over 7 million square feet of office, medical office, retail, and industrial space throughout California.
