Mt Baw Baw knows that you're here for a good time not a long time, so with this in mind we create a dedicated staff events calendar every season, plus we give you a season lift ticket, subsidised meals, accommodation and offer loads of staff support when you need it. There's plenty of work, but plenty of time to play. We're currently taking applications for Restaurant Staff, Retail Assistants, Lift Attendants, Snow Sports Instructors (skiing, snowboarding & cross-Country), Kids' Program Leaders and Customer Service Officers.
