You agree that Movinhand and its associated companies may use your profile information for marketing purposes which may be directed to either potential Employers, their respective agents or anyone under their employ. Although Movinhand shall use its reasonable endeavors to restrict access to the above mentioned information only to the subscribed Employers and personnel of Movinhand, it does not guarantee that other parties will not, without Movinhand’s consent, gain access to it. You may disable searching or viewing of that information by the Employers and other Users at any time. However, you acknowledge that the Employers and other parties who have otherwise gained access to it may have retained a copy. Movinhand is not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of that information in these instances, or for the use or privacy of that information by any of such parties while it is in the Website.
