Mustardseed Health Care Services LLC. is a Residential Service Agency licensed (# R3304) by the Maryland department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Health Care Quality located in Frederick County, and Carroll County. We provide skilled and unskilled services to Frederick, Washington, Carroll, Montgomery, and Prince Georges Counties. We are also a training Location for CMT, CPR, First Aid, we notarize, and we conduct LiveScan Fingerprinting/Background Checks.
