Managed Services Inc. is a privately held company established in 1971 by its present owner, Bob Engelhart. A building maintenance service contractor, providing the Twin Cities metro area and St. Cloud with in-house capabilities for any commercial building's maintenance and operation requirements, Managed Services has been serving clients in the Twin Cities for 40 years.
