Muir Wood Adolescent and Family Services is a northern California treatment center for teens with addiction, substance abuse, mental health and behavioral issues. The center offers two distinct treatment tracks: Residential Primary Care for boys 12-17 in the beautiful farmlands and rolling hills of Petaluma, CA, and Intensive Outpatient Counseling for boys and girls 12-19 in scenic nearby San Rafael, CA. Our gender-responsive boys residential program has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and our programs are led by renowned Bay Area clinicians and a talented and dedicated support staff.
