Muiznieks Architects Ltd. was established in 2004 by Scott and Monique Muiznieks. We have established over the years a list of repeat clients and have been doing works for Organizations such as Prestige Holdings Ltd. (for the KFC, Pizza Hut, Subway, Friday's and Starbucks Brands) and YUM International for over 10+ years. We have also provided ongoing works locally for the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, MultiCinemas Ltd., Da Chin Enterprises and the Chaguaramas Development Authority. We have worked for International Organizations such as PriceSmart, Marriott, MUVICO, Ruby Tuesday International, Hooters International, Toyota International and Caribe Hospitality. We have also worked with International Architectural Firms on projects with GENSLER (Houston), Zurcher Architects (Costa Rica), Jamie Folbert (England), Despradel-Marion-I Andrais Architects (Dominican Republic), Interisland Architects and Planners Limited (St. Lucia) and locally with TMC Architects, Jaspal Bhogal, Trinsult and Newel Lewis Broadbridge and Associates. Our head office is located in San Juan, Trinidad & Tobago and we are a locally Registered, Owned and Incorporated Company.
