We offer retreats based on one (three nights), two (six nights) and three (nine nights), of each medicine. David Walton is the founder of Munay Medicine. He started having spiritual experiences when he was five years old and they've continued throughout his life. When in his forties he became 'one with the universe' that led him to spend 12 years attending the Buddhist Society of Manchester where he discovered the power of meditation. He experienced the bliss of Nirvana before he discovered Ayahuasca who recently showed him she has been responsible for all his experiences, all of them, that started when he was only five. Mother Ayahuasca can be considered 'The Holy Spirit' although not as described in Christian dogma. A renowned psychic, Roger Vela Portocarrero from Moyobamba, Peru, has told David that Ayahuasca controls him and called him a maestro. David certainly knows that Ayahuasca has been in control as she directed him to leave Dubai to find his true vocation in life here in Peru with Munay Medicine. It took David until he was sixty before he realised that there is more to life that the 'West' understands. Previously he'd been a (288a) Director of a LSE listed company; he'd both won and delivered large-scale multi-disciplinary projects. However, no matter how much money he earned, however high up the ladder of success he climbed, it did not bring him real happiness. David has a fascinating life story about how he discovered the route to happiness and the true nature of realty in his book 'There Is More To Life' (see below).
