In 1988, Denise Imbesi founded Muscle Mixes Music, a Florida Corporation. As a group fitness professional herself, she saw a need for pre-mixed music compilations. This was a time when instructors were still using record players and piecing music together by recording them as best as they could to an audiocassette. Since then, Muscle Mixes Music has created hundreds of high-quality fitness music compilation cassettes and CDs and markets them to the fitness industry worldwide. Muscle Mixes Music brand name is recognized by fitness professionals by almost every country in the world. Founder, Denise Imbesi, still plays an active role in day-to-day operations and customer care as well as product development. The key to Muscle Mixes Music's success has been due to one simple methodology---"Customers are why we exist". This philosophy was established from the start in1988 and is the underlying theme to how all decisions are made in the company.
