Mutita Candle

Mutita Candle was founded in 2000 by Designer Chalida Poonsup with the collaboration of the local villagers of Dej Udom District, Ubon Ratchthani; Thailand's Northeastern province famous for their traditional candle carving. To maintain the long tradition of the local handicraft, Chalida works closely with the local juveniles and women group to create and develop the art of candle making into a new level of design. She has put her two passions together, helping those around her and create the most beautiful candles. From 20 people working the year 2000, now there are over 100 people working at Mutita Candles. Mutitacandle's product features are unique in pattern and realistic. Natural foliage, flowers especially leaves was subtlety and realistic, combined with the colours that come out perfect and beautiful. We are now creating many styles of candles and export world-wide to Europe, U.S.A & Canada, UK.
