The Karel Zeman Museum is releasing its third film by Karel Zeman. "The Fabulous Baron Munchausen" goes on sale today! As with our previous releases "Journey to the Beginning of Time"and "The Fabulous World of Jules Verne", the DVD will be permanently available from the Karel Zeman Museum, and for two weeks from the date of release from news stands throughout the Czech Republic. This, the first digital edition of these films in the Czech Republic, has been specially scanned and prepared using original film stock. "The Fabulous Baron Munchausen" will also form part of the Karel Zeman Film Club. The DVDs all feature English language subtitles plus a wide range of bonus materials, including short documentary films specially prepared by the Karel Zeman Museum, archive materials and conversations with the creators of the films, along with a musical introduction to and virtual tour of the museum, with music specially composed by the music group Clarinet Factory.
