We support our customers to maintain their independence in their own home with Domiciliary care and Live in Care. We work in partnership with NHS Trusts, Local Health Boards, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Local Authorities and other Statutory and Voluntary Organisations ensuring pathways are integrated. We are an approved supplier with NHS Shared Business Services for both Patient Discharge Services and Third Party Brokerage. We also provide advice to vulnerable customers of banks and building societies as well as later life organisations. How can we help you? 7 day a week call centre - 8am - 8pm.
