The company was founded by IKECHUKWU ONYINYE KENNETH (MR.) as the ICT Group Director since the year 2010, with a mission to deliver high quality ICT services in Nigeria and beyond. The company was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 on the 28th day of October 2015 and became a private limited company.
