MyDocPlus is building an integrated network of independent concierge medical practices which are affordable and focus on primary care. We are seeking to purchase concierge medical practices from doctors or owners who are either (1) planning to retire or (2) who want to continue practicing medicine but no longer want to own and operate their private practices. We will also purchase practices from non-concierge physicians who want to continue practicing but are seeking to convert their practices to a concierge model.
