However, our Customer Service Counters and walk-in Self-Collection service will be suspended until the Movement Control Order is lifted. Customers can continue to transact with the Government for the renewal of foreign worker insurance and permit, renewal of motor vehicle insurance and road tax, summons payment and various other services available on www.myeg.com.my without leaving the confines of their premises. Rest assured that we have put in place various measures to ensure the safety of our employees and this includes provisioning of safety equipment to our employees, allowing our back office employees to work from home, regular sanitisation of all our offices as well as putting travel restrictions on our employees. At the same time, we are closely monitoring the situation while continuing to adhere to all policies, guidelines and recommendations from the Malaysian Government to tackle the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
