My Green Condo

MGC provides functionalities that seamlessly allow Condo Associations to manage change whether they are changes within or to entities such as Management Company or Property Manager or Board Members. Condo Associations can simply update user system access privileges and manage in/out the entities, similar to employees exiting/on-boarding from/to an organization. Property managers can easily setup new owners, when there are changes in condo ownership. MGC will automatically archive the old owner and the new owner gets created. Hence, the Condo Association will continue to maintain all current and future owners and their history with the community at a condo unit level. With the aid of MGC, Condo Associations now have the ability to be resilient to change/challenges and can function as a well-seasoned organization.
