We are supported by clinically trained triage nurses who operate from 11pm till 8am every night and a trained phone triage centre from 4pm till 11pm weeknights and from 8am till 11pm Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays. We also provide an online booking system and have a mobile team of Doctors across various locations that can be dispatched within a defined timeframe. myhomeGP Doctors are fully qualified and are able to provide direct medical care to you or your family member at your home. Each Doctor has a fully equipped medical bag, which has been determined by the Board of Medical Directors in accordance with the RACGP standards for General Practices. Our Doctors are available: Monday 6pm - Tuesday 8am Tuesday 6pm - Wednesday 8am Wednesday 6pm - Thursday 8am Thursday 6pm - Friday 8am Friday 6pm - Saturday 8am Saturday Noon - Monday 8am Sunday & Public Holidays: All Day & Night It is important to note that if you have an emergency, it is best to dial 000 instead of waiting for a Doctor. Your health is imperative to you and your family, so our phone triage staff are professionally trained in assessing your symptoms and determining whether you should hang up immediately to call 000 or have one of our Doctors visit you at your own home. We aim to provide a minimal wait time for patients. We strive to be with our patients within an hour of contacting us. Our predictive software can provide an approximate time of when our Doctor will arrive at your place of residence. In event that our Doctor is running late, our staff will be in contact with you to provide a rescheduled time.
