My Human Coach

my human coach provides ethical coaching to make better health accessible to as many people as possible. we offer personalized, 1:1 online coaching and provide free resources and self-paced courses about health, wellness, workplace well-being, and more to anyone who may benefit. we never upsell, engage in concealed partnerships, or promote products or medications. we do not require long subscriptions, and all of our client's interactions are with certified, human coaches (never bots or ai!) as coaches, we are parents, partners, coworkers, and community members with our own challenges and health goals. we understand the heart and soul of why people want to be healthier, feel great, do good, and live their best life!
