llama is a seed-funded startup, building the world’s first cohort-based training solution for mental well-being and high performance through mindfulness. we believe that most educational systems are focused on making us market-ready, not life ready. agree? and the market? well, it doesn't make us life ready either! lol! and here's the irony - these core inner skills like awareness, empathy, creativity, resilience, etc are not taught anywhere despite being absolutely essential for well-being and performance. llama is building a hybrid learning platform that makes learning these skills easy and fun! we do this through mindfulness-based wisdom practices integrated into modern leadership frameworks. broadly, we combine and leverage the best of two approaches. 1. peer-based learning - includes live group sessions by globally renowned mindfulness teachers and associated cohort activities/practices. 2. diy learning - asynchronous, on-demand modules and resources including recorded mast
