3SA is a leading provider of community-based disability, mental health and community support services in Queensland and NSW. Our priority is to connect people to services underpinned bySocial Inclusion, Respect, Empowerment, Integrity, Empathy, Equity, and Collaboration. The 3SA business model was developed through a consultation partnership between On Track Community Programs (OTCP) and Ernst & Young. An extensive and methodical analysis of the changing landscape of community services was undertaken in 2015 to identify future challenges and opportunities for small to medium size community organisations. The result was an innovative business model that ensures these essential grass root organisations maintain their brand identity and connection to their local community, and realise cost efficiencies in back office functions through accessing 3SA's shared services. This model ensures that the organisation has depth and breadth of experience and expertise across a range of service streams. The model also supports the development of services packaging and joint ventures in the market place, an approach likely to support retention of existing customers and growth of services in the market. 3SA's purpose is to raise standards whilst reducing operating costs. This is achieved by the insightful design of best practice processes for more effective, efficient and safe delivery of services. The model is built on local delivery of services and a centralised support team, resulting in an efficient and effective utilisation of resources to maximise customer focus. 3SA created a not for profit model that brings together key community organisations that are able to operate independently under their known and trusted brands, whilst enjoying the key benefits of one integrated shared services environment. Through the use of innovative technology 3SA ensures seamless operations for customers in the new NDIS environment.
