My Sisters' Place

MSP has been serving Lincoln County since February 12, 1980. Our first shelter consisted of a small family rental home in Lincoln County that also housed the business office. Since then, My Sisters' Place has moved office and shelter locations several times, eventually moving to our current advocacy office in Newport in 2003, building a brand new shelter facility in 2003, and completing a pet kennel adjacent to shelter in 2009 that enables clients with pets to access shelter. Formerly Women's Crisis Intervention Services, we adopted our current organization name in 2001: My Sisters' Place.
