MyVRHost is a one-stop vacation rental management service. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience for our owners and guests by handling all hosting and renting responsibilities. We pride ourselves in making the transition of your property to our management platform as easy, quick, and stress-free as possible. Our services include, but are not limited to: Managing directory sites (VRBO, Airbnb, etc.) Taking photos, updating listings, and marketing properties Scheduling reservations Expert cleaning, which is billed to guests 24/7 guest support Handyman services and emergency repairs Necessary improvements to ensure the property is "rent ready" Key deliveries Providing transparency through our owner portal What if I only want to book cleaning and a key delivery and am not interested in full management? Full service management is the best way to utilize the value MyVRHost offers. We do not offer a la carte services such as key delivery and cleaning. "How much advance notice is needed to book a cleaning and key delivery service?" For our planning purposes, we prefer to have an updated schedule of your bookings each month and any changes should be brought to our attention right away. For last minute bookings, we would need a minimum advance notice of 24 hours. On occasion we can work around even tighter schedules; please contact us at [email protected]. How do I get my keys to you? At MyVRHost, we try to make everything as easy and efficient as possible. We use KeysDuplicated.com where they employ "a blend of image analysis, computerized machining, and old fashioned mechanical craftsmanship" to create a spare set of your keys. On a smartphone, take a photo of your hands holding the front and back of the keys and email the photos to us at [email protected]. If you do not have a smartphone, you can mail a spare set of your keys to us with a tracking number, drop them off at our office or we can pick them up when we initially tour your property. How long does it take to get started? We can typically on-board an existing vacation rental in as little as a few days. Once we have keys to the property, we'll take photographs, update the listing, market the property on over 25+ listing websites, and begin accepting reservations. For units that need to be prepared for the vacation rental market, we offer project management services to ensure every last detail is addressed. The length of time will depend on the level of attention required and owner's schedule. Is my property required to have certain amenities? Yes, all rental properties need to be fully functional as you would expect of a boutique hotel with cooking facilities. The property should be outfitted with wireless internet, TV and basic cable, appliances, change of towels and linens, utilities, and cookware. MyVRHost will provide a welcome package and boutique personal care items for your guest. We can also assist with any other items your property may need. Our goal is to have your home show well! Homes that show well tend to rent more consistently and for a higher price. Does my property need to be a year-round rental? No, but we do require that a unit serve as a vacation rental for the majority of the year. If an owner or their family and friends would like to stay at the property, please block those days out on the owner portal to ensure we do not take reservations during that time. MyVRHost has built a platform to maximize pricing based on market conditions and trends. This dynamic pricing takes factors such as comparables, local events, and seasonal demand to make sure the pricing of your property is capturing the peak of the market and never goes empty. This is an advantage that we are happy to offer our owners and where we feel our services pay for themselves. When do I receive payment for scheduled bookings? Owners are paid by the 10th business day of each month for all bookings that were completed during the previous month. These payments are delivered through our automated software system in the form of an ACH credit directly to your bank account and your statement is provided on our owner portal. This portal gives you the ability to view all of your reservations and activity on your account through web-enabled devices. What information is included on my monthly statement? Each month our customers receive a statement on or before the 7th of the month with a detailed account of the previous month's reservations, payouts and any other expenses such as repairs and maintenance. We also include a list of all the bookings for the next 30 days and a year to date summary of the financial transactions on each of your properties. What happens if there is an emergency? Who does the guest call? You will never receive any guest calls. MyVRHost receives all guest calls, dispatching a handyman or service technician when needed. For all repairs of $1,000.00 or less and require timely attention, MyVRHost will dispatch the appropriate service vendor and cover the cost of the repair. At the end of the month we will reconcile this balance against the income from the property. Does MyVRHost screen its cleaning and key delivery service teams? All our team members and contractors are interviewed, background checked, and professionally trained to ensure the highest degree of management and service.
