Nääs Fabriker is a historic mill setting catering a successful hotel, shops and office space in a beautiful environment in Tollered right by the lake Sävelången. Nääs Fabriker is owned by the real estate company Ernst Rosen since 1990, and has since the start been developed and refined. The development of Nääs Fabriker is characterized by attention to every little detail and respectful preservation of the original 19th and the early 20th architecture.
