National Health Transport is a Medical and Non-Medical Transportation Company focused on the needs of the clients we transport. The ability to provide superior patient care, great customer service and to keep our company growing depends on the continued professional development of our world-class workforce. All of our drivers are PTOs (Patient Transport Officers) that go through extensive training in Defensive driving and Customer Service. Our drivers are also CPR and First Aid certified, Hack Licensed, and EVOC Certified. To achieve our goals NHT provides continuous training and education. NHT also offers programs that focus on First Responder, EMT, and Paramedic careers We want our drivers to be the best that they can be. All new employees receive a thorough orientation that includes the fundamentals of First Class Safety, Non Emergency Transportation, How to Deliver Great Customer Service and How to Have Continued Success in our Industry. This is followed up with continued Field Training Supervision and Monthly evaluations of each part of their day to day job duties, then after a 6 month probation, all successful trainees are given the title Patient Transport Officers. Our main goal is to take care of the needs of our customers first and company second.
