In addition, our Vendor team reviews all vendors on a monthly basis to ensure quality and efficiency with their document execution, as well as their customer service levels. Each NSC Notary is thoroughly screened, including a Criminal Background check, to ensure a safe and professional closing experience for you and your borrowers. Our staff works hand in hand with our partners until their loan has funded. We have automated many steps in the closing process to provide status in real time on every file from the moment the order is received, until the completed loan package is delivered to you. NSC has staff on site from 7:00am to 10:00pm CST Monday through Friday, with weekend coverage available as needed. We can close anywhere, anytime, nationwide, 24/7.
