Our commitment to Appraiser Education insures that our field personnel are properly prepared for the continually changing appraisal landscape. We use a two tiered quality control system; with an automated system that checks each appraisal for the majority of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Collateral Underwriter hard stops. In addition each appraisal is reviewed by our quality control department which collectively has over 100 years of appraisal field work experience.
