NATLAND Group

Since 2007, NATLAND Group was a minority owner of Lumen Energy, a.s., which is an alternative electricity distributor. The aim of purchasing a stake in the company was to support the successful growing company in its further expansion in the Czech and Slovak markets. After a successful start of the expansion, the group sold its stake to the majority shareholder in 2008. At the end of 2014, the company was merged with another electricity distributor - E.ON Energie, a.s.
