Navigo The First SRL is authorized by the Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Protection and also by the Romanian Naval Authority. Navigo The First SRL has his own employees who may replace or supplement staff inside the Company Owner (customer) for limited period (with a possible extension of the contract). Employees are placed into your company for a specific job and period, however remain employees of Navigo The First SRL. So you can forget about your worries and problems about the staff , we will take these worries from the first day since we signing of the collaboration agreement : social security, health, accident, disability etc. and, of course, staff recruitment and placements.
