Ningbo Xusheng Auto Technology Co., Ltd is a modern enterprise that integrates mold design and manufacturing, aluminum alloy and zinc alloy casting, precision machining, heat treatment and surface treatment, etc. Right now there¡¯re 3 factories, one of which is the non-automotive parts factory, covering an area of 20000 square meters and a construction area of 27000 square meters. With a staff number of 280 and the annual output value of 33 million dollars, the business scope includes accessories of high pressure washer, motor parts, injection molding machine accessories, lamp fittings and other die casts. The second factory, aka the automotive parts factory covers an area of 15000 square meters and a construction area of 18000 square meters. It was completed in August 2014. With an estimated staff member of 280 and an annual output value of 58 million dollars, the business scope includes automotive torque steering system, compressed air conditioning system, automotive exterior transmission system, automotive gearbox parts, automotive filtration system, oil pump system and the other aluminum die casts. The third factory, aka the automotive parts factory covers an area of 45000 square meters. The construction of the third factory was started in May 2015 and completed in October 2016. With an estimated staff member of 800 and an annual output value of 166 million dollars, Xusheng has the capacity of manufacturing over 200 sets of mold and more than 20000 tons of zinc alloy and aluminum alloy parts. The main equipment of our company includes over 30 sets of automotive imported die casting machines with the brands of Buhler, Toshiba, Ube and so on, the tonnage of which ranging from 200 to 2500, over 150 sets of imported CNC machining centers such as Japan Mori Seiki horizontal CNC machining center, Japan MAZAK and Korea KIA, over 100 sets of CNC lathes. The inspection laboratory is equipped with 12 sets of ZEISS CMM and other high-end testing devices such as spectrograph, X-ray flaw detector. Our company has achieved the quality management system of ISO9001, ISO/ TS16949, the environmental system certification of ISO14001, the occupational health and safety system certification of OHSAS18001. Our company was also awarded the national high and new technology enterprise, the pillar enterprise in die casting field of China and the environmentally-friendly enterprise in Zhejiang Province.
