Nebraska Cancer Specialists is the regional leader in Community Oncology, which refers to the practice of treating patients in a private outpatient setting. The practice consists of 14 medical oncology and hematology, nuclear medicine and radiation oncology physicians, a robust clinical trial research department, and the first dedicated Theranostics center in the region, thus giving our patients access to newer, cutting edge options. In addition to ACHC accreditation, NCS has been recognized with the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative QOPI certification that recognizes outpatient hematology-oncology practices in the United States for high-quality care.
