Founded in 1991, Needham Duncan Architecture, LLC has completed over 160 new construction and renovation projects throughout Southern New England and coastal, including residential, commercial and institutional properties. The firm is best known for its commitment to excellence and detail, responsiveness to clients and a pragmatic approach to converting clients' visions into functional but beautiful spaces that take advantage of each building's unique setting and siting. Somewhat uniquely, the firm's founder, David Duncan, has developed exceptionally good relationships with contractors and vendors, to the benefit of his clients. The firm is now housed in a circa 1680 Historic Register Home in Old Lyme, Connecticut. Born and raised on a village green in Connecticut and the beaches and coastal marshes of Massachusetts, David Duncan brings to his work an admiration and appreciation for the unique qualities of New England architecture and topography.
