From a small agency established in 1959, New Bob Group has blossomed to emerge as Penang and northern region leading real estate company. The group currently employs a very diversified business module ranging from property development, property management, assisting expatriates to obtain legal residency in Malaysia to providing car rental for travelers' convenience. With a total employees strength of over 100, the pioneer real estate company is overseeing its businesses though its subsidiary companies encompassing New Bob Realty, NB Tropics, New Bob Rent-A-Car, Era Malaysia, MM2H. Over the years, New Bob Group has garnered various accolades and recognition for its products and services, and also swept awards in the international arena. In 2011, New Bob Group was awarded "the highly commended real estate agency website award" at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2011 in association with Bloomsberg Television. It also garnered "The Star Soba ICT/Technology Gold Award 2011?. Meanwhile in 2012, Dato' Leslie Lee, the founder of New Bob Group was honorably granted the Real Estate Leadership Award by MIEA's National Real Estate Awards 2012 in recognition of his unwavering contributions towards the industry.
